Requirements for the use of electrostatic workbench

1. The anti-static safety workbench must ensure the normal grounding state, and use a megohmmeter (rated voltage 250-500v, measurement range 0-1000MQ) to detect the anti-static safety workbench mat, anti-static floor mat, anti-static wrist strap, and grounding The resistance value of cables, etc.

2. Use antistatic agent to spray the insulating parts of work clothes, work chairs, tools, non-conductor or non-antistatic plastic containers, chair cushions and backrest stools.

3. Use neutral washing water (add water) or antistatic agent to clean the antistatic table mat and floor mat.

4. Maintain all the antistatic solutions used in building floors.

5. Use a grounding resistance tester to test the resistance value of the ground wire configuration system at least once every six months. If necessary, under the inspection of each batch of products.

6. The operator must operate according to the requirements of QJ1693.

Anti-static workbench inspection rules:

1. Use the megohm standard (rated voltage 250500v, measuring range 0-1000MΩ) to detect the electrical value of each component of the anti-static safety workbench, which meets the requirements of Q1950.

2. Use a megohmmeter (rated voltage 250500v, measuring range 0-1000MΩ) to detect anti-static safety workbench mats, floor mats and wrist straps, etc. The resistance value of the soft grounding point and the ground wire network should be 10 to the 5th power- Within the range of 10 to the 9th power.

3. Check the grounding resistance of the ground wire configuration system according to the requirements of QJ1211.

4. Use a megohmmeter (rated voltage 250-500v, measuring range 0-1000MΩ) to detect the resistance value of the insulated tool handle treated with antistatic agent, and it should be in the range of 10 to the 6th power of 10 to the 9th power of Ω.

5. The geometric size and physical performance of the anti-static workbench should meet the design requirements.
